Jolaine is the IT Risk Manager at Jackson Financial Inc (JFI), focusing on IT risk to the organization, which includes responsibilities for oversight and reporting, as well as monitoring IT related risks. Prior to joining the Risk Department, Jolaine worked in Internal Audit at JFI for 7 years with a focus in IT risks and controls. Jolaine earned a BA in Art History and Visual Culture, with a specialization in Museum Studies from Michigan State University in 2006. She maintains professional certifications related to IT auditing and project management. Jolaine lives in Okemos with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including two adult step-children. During the pandemic, she started her first garden and enjoys being an amateur green thumb. Other hobbies include reading, working out and travelling whenever possible.
